Acid Alkaline pH Test: What is the Alkalinity & Acidity of 20 Popular Water Brands?

"It's just water". This is the phrase we've all heard when getting into a, for lack of a better term, liquidy discussion. But, is all water equal? Apparently not. This test by Hollywood residents An0maly & Scotty The Kid shows differences in acidity between Propel Water, Sparkletts Water, Crystal Geyser Water, San Pelligrino, Hawaiian Water, Arrowhead Water, Artisan Water, Essentia Alkaline Water, Fiji Water, Smart Water, Dasani Water, Qure Alkaline Water, Kroger Water, Aquafina Water, Voss Water, Boxed Water, Evian Water, Trader Joes Water & Nestle Water.

 


The biggest find of the experiment was "Essentia"water claimed to be 9.5+ pH & above. The water was clocked in at a 7.5+.

What is the relation to alkalinity & the human body? Well, as this video states, the average human adult body is 50-65% water. We are water! It must have some effect on our body. Many holistic doctors & healers claim that keeping the body alkaline will keep you 100% healthy. Reason being, they say, is that no diseases can live in an alkaline human being. Some doctors & scientists say the opposite. Calling it an "alkaline myth", they argue that the body has a natural process to regulate acidity & alkalinity. They explain the stomach, skin & DNA on a human body are all acidic.
